The Sundance Mountain Suite Spa The Inn features three individual

General Information - One night stays are welcome, except as noted on special discount offers.
- Adults faciltiy (Children 12 years old and up welcome).
- Rates/policies are subject to change and vary during high impact periods and special requests.
- ALL Black Dog Inn common areas, suites and cabins are non-smoking.
- Check in at or after 4 P.M.
- Check out by 11 A.M. Exceptions require owner approval.
- Early or late arrival by special prior arrangement.
- $25 for each extra guest in all suites.
Mount Olympus Cottage - Sitting Area Deposit and Cancellation Policy Black Dog Inn is a small property where every guest reservation is both important and special to us. If your travel plans change and you must cancel your reservation, please call us at least 30 (thirty) days prior to your arrival date to cancel your reservation and authorize a $50 processing fee.
In the unlikely event that you must cancel with less than 30 (thirty) days notice, shorten your stay or check out early, please understand that we must ask you to take responsibility for your entire reservation. If we can rebook your room(s), a full or partial refund will be made.
- Reservations require a 50% deposit at the time of reservation.. PERSONAL CHECKS may be used for the deposit if received within 10 days of making the reservation.
- Deposits will be returned for cancellations received more than 30 days prior to the arrival date, less $50 as a cancellation fee. You cannot automatically expect to receive a refund if you cancel with 30 or less days remaining until your stay.
- Exceptions to our cancellation policy require direct approval by one of the owners. Please refrain from attempts to negotiate with other employees having no authority.
- We reserve the right to add a $50-$100 cleaning fee if your unit requires unusual cleaning. Breakage or damage will be assessed and added to your bill. Please complete the attached inventory sheet within 24 hours of check out for cabins only.
- Your credit card will be charged for missing Black Dog Inn mugs, robes, towels, etc.
- If you choose to entertain guests in your suite or cabin, please notify the owners for permission. If entertaining involves use of your kitchen, outdoor seating or barbecue grill, you will automatically be charged an additional 20% of the nightly room rate.
- With authorization from the owners you may stay after normal check out but will be billed at least an additional 20% of one night stay.
